Thor's Hammer Pendant “Hamar” with Runes and Stainless Steel Wheat Chain
The “Hamar” pendant combines one of the most famous symbols of Norse mythology with an eye-catching design featuring runes and Norse-inspired ornaments.
At its centre is Mjölnir, the legendary hammer of the god Thor. In Norse mythology, Thor is a powerful protector of gods and humans who wields his hammer against the enemies of the divine order.
Thor's Hammer pendants were already worn as jewellery and amulets during the Viking Age. Today, Mjölnir remains one of the most recognisable symbols associated with Viking culture and Norse mythology.
On this pendant, the richly decorated hammer is surrounded by a broad frame featuring various runic symbols. The darkened recesses contrast with the silver-coloured details, highlighting both the central hammer and the surrounding symbols.
Measuring approx. 48 mm in length, 56 mm in width and 6 mm in depth, the pendant has a bold and substantial appearance. It is made of durable stainless steel and comes with a matching wheat chain.
“Hamar” is a distinctive piece of Viking jewellery for enthusiasts of Norse mythology and an ideal accessory for Viking and medieval-inspired outfits.
